Prior to working for ACI, our consultant served as a Systems Administrator and coordinated with APCI employees during a large-scale Windows 95 migration. Other duties included server consolidations projects and share management and consolidation.

MBNA America 
Located in Wilmington, DE, MBNA is the world’s largest independent credit card issuer, with managed loans of $88 billion. The company also provides retail deposit, consumer loans, and insurance products.

FirstUSA
Located in Wilmington, DE, First USA is the largest issuer of Visa credit cards.  The company offers high-value credit cards for consumers and businesses under its own name, that of its parent (Bank One), the "First Card" name, and on behalf of several thousand marketing partners.  These partners include some of the leading corporations, universities, sports franchises, affinity organizations, and financial institutions in the United States.  A member of ACI consulted as a Project Coordinator on a full-scale Window 2000 Active Directory migration.  

Pennsylvania Power And Light
PP&L, located in Allentown, Pennsylvania is  PP&L the principal provider of electricity in middle and Eastern Pennsylvania.  It produces electricity from both conventional coal and oil burning operations as well as nuclear plants.  A member of ACI was involved ,through EDS, in acting as a Systems Administrator.  The project was a migration to the PPLNet, a conversion to Netware 4.1 and new Internet services.  

Jamaica Call Center Limited
JCCL is based in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  The company has locations and operates in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Kingston, Jamaica, Ireland, New York, Atlanta, Georgia, Los Angelas, CA.  The company provides high-tech solutions and outsourcing for small and large companies that want to “farm out” their call center.  JCCL has its own switching backbones located in Georgia, NY, and LA.  ACI played a major role in building up the company in Jamaica and Ireland by implemented networking technologies.  Due to Jamaica’s limited Internet access, ACI provided a T1 satellite Internet solution to enable the company to do business on the web.

Omnipoint Communications Services, LLC.
Located in Bethlehem, PA, Omnipoint Communications was a fast growing PCS wireless communications service provider.  Omni point has since been bought out by Voicestream Wireless.  ACI personnel served there for two years as a full time employee as a Systems Engineer.  Responsibilities ranged from server installation and upgrade to IIS and SQL back-end administration.  Also responsible for remote access, corporate backup, and Microsoft Exchange.
